  1. View Multiple Yanomo Calendars at Once

    We would like to view multiple Yanomo calendars at once, just as we can do with Google, all on one screen in one window. the idea is to allow us to view, say up to 4 calendars, at a time to see when people have openings for meetings or filler tasks.
    There is the ability to do this with the connection of your google calenders, but not with your yanomo team members calendars.
    The other alternative would be to have events that are written onto your Yanomo calendar be written onto your Google Calendar at the same time and then…

  2. Add expenses to the app as well so you offer a quick income/expense balance

    The ability to add expenses and bill them to projects/clients would be great.

    • Track expenses made
    • Track the date and VAT/GST rate
    • Track the vendor
    • Optionally bill them to a client to be included on the invoice

  4. direct en not-direct hours

    it would be useful if a distinction is made between direct (client) and indirect hours (with rate 0 €, for own tasks) in the the total of the worked ours in agenda.

  6. make it possible to print pdf of the project details, project budgets and reports

    I need to share the information with clients and my internal team.
    All information is allready nicely presented on the screen so why not make it possible to print it and share it?

  9. Submit and approve workflow

    In order to get more control over the workflow I would like to see the following additions in the service.
    Team member has to submit his times to confirm his reporting. Then a manager / project manager needs to approve these hours before they are fully reported for accounting.

  12. enable multiple currencies. Assigned to client or to project

    its a simple need. One client need to be billed in $ and another in €. This should be a setting for each project og client?

  13. Parent Projects

    HI there,

    Please can we have the ability to choose sub-projects as parents of to-do's or sub-projects that have been incorrectly allocated and need to be changed?
    Currently the system only allows you to choose a project, not any of the sub-projects under those projects.

  14. Reporting add an option on ‘Date Range’ for Project Duration

    I feel this should be a priority so you can get a full report on the project if you have forgotten the start date. Maybe an option for ‘Project Duration’ would be good.

    Also currently doesn't seem to include the actual day it's on it seems to go from yesterday.

    Vooral bij korte werkzaamheden (half uur e.d.) zie je alleen een paarse streep in de agenda. Je moet het ding openklikken voordat je de details ziet.

  18. Set up the project view to see the todos for subphases

    Can't see the tasks in the general project view for sub-phases - shows 0 tasks even when there are sub-phase tasks.
