Icoon Chat-app verplaatsen van rechts naar links (in Uren & Agenda-view)
Het icoontje voor de Intercom-chat-app staat over het weektotaal in de Uren & Agenda-view. Daardoor is het weektotaal onzichtbaar geworden. Onderin de menukolom is genoeg ruimte vrij voor het icoon van de chat-app.

Dear,
I do a lot of repetitive tasks and when I log the time spent on a particular project it would be great if could choose from pre-created comments so that I don't have to type the same comments over and over... would also be a very time-saving option.Thank you in advanced for taking this idea under consideration.

Allow a member drop down list when you log time or create a to-do.
When creating a to-do like a meeting for many people it is tedious to add people to the to-do with the current set-up. It would be easier if there was a drop down list to add members to the to-do in the create to-do pop up window.

Distinct Projects by color in calendar
It would be very helpful when, once in calendar mode, each project would have it's own color. Just like when you glance at a shared calendar on Google Calendar or just about any calender.

There's the possibility for a retainer. It would be great if each period of the retainer would have it's own expense budget.

Comment icon on time entries
Hi Yanomo team,
I am working for a company where it is mandatory to enter a comment for each time entry (which, I believe, is the case in most of the consulting firms). It would therefore be useful to have an icon to immediately see the time entries where there is already a comment, especially in the Matrix view, to be able to quickly spot the ones where the comment is missing.

Add a column for start date to the dashboard
Hi there,
It would be most helpful to have a start date column appear in the dashboard, under 'the figures' bubble in sub-projects and to-dos. This would allow us to see what can be started sooner rather than later, even though it's end date is after something else.
For example. If I have 2 sub-projects or to-do's. The first one starts 01/01 and ends 01/03, The second one starts 01/02 and ends 28/28. It would be most helpful to be able to order these into start date so that I may know that I can start on the first item,…

copy / paste time entries
For recurring tasks, it would be very useful to be able to copy and paste an existing time entry in the week or day view.

Creat budget per team member
It would be helpful to have the opportunity to set a budget per team member in a project in order to get better control of how much work is put in to different projects.
4 votesWe’ll be adding a “Resource Planning” module that will partially address this issue. This will allow you to allocate x hours to a project/user combination for a certain week.

Thanks for this suggestion. You can easily do this by exporting a CSV from Google and importing that CSV into Yanomo. Nonetheless,we will add this at some point!

Drop Down List in Invoicing
It would be much easier if you can select from a drop down list (which you can pre-populate yourself) in the invoices. That way you dont have to manually enter the different positions every time you make an invoice.

Have Google drive accessible within the system.

It would be nice to see a summary of stages and tasks under a project in one view. It also would be great to sort the tasks view by project.

Calendar view for each project
Could we have a calendar view for each project that shows the tasks, phases and appointments for a single project at a time?

Can't place whole task in calendar
Hello,
When I want to place a task from (for example) 08:00 am untill 22:00 pm and I select the fielde from 08:00 en scroll down to 22:00, my task window stuck in the middle. I can't place the whole task window over the whole lenght.

add timer for tasks
stopwatch type for per client tracking, much better than just calendar input.
