Importing requirements

It can be very useful to migrate your data from an existing time / project / customer database or tool to Yanomo. To help you organize your data, and to ensure a smooth transition, these are the fields our Onboarding Engineers would love to have in a CSV file:

Internal Business Unit (only for "Firm" accounts)
- Name

Team members (including employees that have already left the company but are part of the historic data)
* First name
* Last name
* Email
- Function title
- Name Business Unit (name should match exactly the Business Unit import)
- Workweek hours (hours/week)

Clients
* Name
- Address
- City
- Zip/Postal code
- Country
- Account manager (Name of an internal employee)
- Phone number
- Email
- Website
- Customer contact (name of an employee working at the clients)

Projects
* Name
- Client name (name should exactly match that of the clients import)
- Executing Business Unit
- Start date
- End date
- Budget in money
- Budget in hours

Budgets
* Name client (name should exactly match that of the clients import)
* Budget type (LUMPSUM, RETAINER_MONTH, RETAINER_WEEK, EXPENSE)
* Name project  (name should exactly match that of the projects import)
* Money budget
- Hours budget
- Date (in case of retainer)

Time entries

Project team (one row for each project/team member combination)
