What you should know about invoice emailing

When using Yanomo to (automatically) email out your invoices, a few details are good to know.
  • When using automatic sending, Yanomo will use the "billing email" address specified for that client. If no "billing email" exists, it will default to the address for that client that has been specified first.
  • Yanomo will send the mails on behalf of you, and will specify your domain as the reply-to address in case the client wants to reply or if the email bounces. However, in some cases this doesn't work: the solution is to let your sys admin set up SPF and DKIM authentication for your domain. To see if you have done this correctly, check out the SPF inspector and DKIM validator.
